GTA Episodes from Liberty City were developed by Rockstar North and Rockstar Toronto (PC), and are available for download from February 17, 2009. On April 13, 2010, it was released for PC and PlayStation 3 in the United States and on April 16, 2010, in Europe.

Although when Billy returns from his rehabilitation, he insists on bloodshed, Johnny finds himself in the middle of a war with rival gangs to control a city torn apart in part by violence and corruption.
